Policy of Inclusion

At Learning Springs children of differing abilities are welcomed. We do not discriminate according to race, ethnic background, political beliefs, marital status, gender or sexual orientation, national origin,  or ability. Our program welcomes and includes children with special needs and works closely with other agencies and with families to provide exemplary services to these children. We believe strongly that all children deserve the right to developmentally appropriate programming and access to interaction with peers and supportive professional staff.

Learning Springs aims to provide an environment in which all children are supported to reach their full potential. We provide practitioners tools to help support parents and children with behavioral and emotional challenges. We identify the specific needs of children and meet those needs through a range of strategies. We work in partnership with parents and other agencies in meeting individual children’s needs.

We ensure that our inclusive admissions practice ensures equality of access and opportunity. We work closely with parents of children with emotional and behavioral challenges to create and maintain a positive partnership.
